Enjoy competitive pay, career growth opportunities, and the chance to work on exciting projects across Qatar. **Salary & Benefits** * **Competitive salary** (based on experience and qualifications) * **Housing and transportation allowance** * **Health insurance coverage** * **Paid annual leave + public holidays** * **Career growth and promotion opportunities** * **Supportive team and professional development** **Work Schedule** * Full-time role * 6 days per week (as typical in construction projects in Qatar) * Site-based work with occasional office coordination **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee **daily site operations** to ensure project progress and quality * Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers * Ensure compliance with **project specifications, drawings, and safety standards** * Coordinate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders * Monitor project timelines and **report progress regularly** * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues * Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as needed * Maintain proper documentation (reports, permits, logs) * Enforce **health, safety, and environmental regulations** **In-Demand Skills & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering or related field** * Proven experience as a **Site Engineer or similar role** * Strong knowledge of **construction methods, materials, and regulations** * Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and plans** * Experience with **project management tools** and reporting * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Knowledge of **health & safety standards (HSE)** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD or similar software** is a plus **Preferred (But Not Required)** * Experience working on projects in **Qatar or GCC region** * Familiarity with local construction regulations * PMP or equivalent certification (advantage but not mandatory) **About the Company** Copikyo Engineering is a growing engineering and construction firm delivering high-quality infrastructure and building projects across Qatar.
