Site Engineer

Job Title **Site Engineer** Job Summary The Site Engineer oversees daily site operations, coordinates with contractors and workers, ensures compliance with project drawings and safety regulations, and supports successful project completion within deadlines and budget. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily construction and site activities. * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage on-site. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. * Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation. * Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed. * Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project progress. * Maintain quality control throughout construction activities. * Attend site meetings and provide technical support when required. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of construction site experience. * Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. * Strong communication and leadership skills.
