Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer – Building Contracting Location: UAE Experience Required: 4–6 Years Industry: Building Construction / Contracting Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage building construction projects, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building contracting projects and possess strong technical, supervisory, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site. * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Clients to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved schedule. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Review technical drawings and resolve site-related engineering issues. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Verify quantities, materials, and workmanship before execution. * Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site. * Attend project meetings and provide technical input when required. * Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project standards. * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site. * Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * 4–6 years of proven experience in building construction and contracting projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and quality control procedures. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. * Good understanding of UAE construction regulations and industry standards. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
