**Entry-Level Site Engineer** * Role summary: Support site engineering tasks under supervision; assist with layout, inspections, and documentation. * Key responsibilities: * Set out and verify levels, alignments, and positions on site. * Assist with daily site inspections and quality checks. * Prepare and maintain site records, daily logs, and as-built drawings. * Coordinate small subcontractor activities and materials deliveries. * Support safety briefings and ensure compliance with site rules. * Carry out basic surveying using total station/level and basic CAD drawing updates. * Required skills & qualifications: * Diploma or BSc in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent. * 0–2 years’ site experience (internships acceptable). * Basic knowledge of surveying equipment, AutoCAD, MS Office. * Good communication, willingness to learn, attention to detail. * Typical metrics / KPIs: * Accuracy of setting out (tolerance adherence). * Timeliness of daily reports and record updates. * Number of non-conformances raised/closed. * Typical salary band (approximate; location-dependent): entry-level market rate. **Mid-Level Site Engineer** * Role summary: Independently manage engineering activities on site sections; supervise junior staff and coordinate trades to deliver works to spec, schedule, and budget. * Key responsibilities: * Lead setting out, survey checks, and verify contractor work against drawings/specifications. * Produce and manage as-built drawings, method statements, and material submittals. * Supervise and mentor entry-level engineers and technicians. * Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and safety officers to resolve technical issues. * Track progress, identify delays, issue RFIs, and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with design intent, tolerances, and quality standards. * Required skills & qualifications: * BEng/BSc in Civil/Construction Engineering; 3–7 years’ site experience. * Proficiency with total station, AutoCAD/Revit basics, BIM awareness, and construction sequencing. * Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. * Typical metrics / KPIs: * Percentage of works completed on schedule. * Number of design queries resolved and rework incidents. * Quality audit pass rate. * Typical salary band: mid-market rate. **Senior Site Engineer** * Role summary: Lead technical delivery across large site areas or multiple packages; drive technical decisions, optimize construction methods, and liaise with design and project management for successful project delivery. * Key responsibilities: * Take technical ownership of site execution, buildability reviews, and value engineering. * Lead complex setting out, temporary works coordination, and interface management. * Review and approve method statements, design variations, and contractor proposals. * Mentor engineering team; manage resource allocation and performance. * Drive quality and safety culture; coordinate with clients/designers for approvals. * Report to project manager on risks, forecasts, and technical progress. * Required skills & qualifications: * BEng/MEng in Civil/Structural Engineering; 8+ years’ relevant experience. * Advanced proficiency in surveying, AutoCAD/Revit/BIM, structural detailing, and temporary works. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and contractual awareness (RFIs, change orders). * Typical metrics / KPIs: * Technical change value and turnaround time. * Safety and quality incident rates. * Forecast accuracy and cost performance. * Typical salary band: senior-market rate. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل, دائم, لحديثي التخرج الراتب المدفوع: QAR٢٥٫٠٠ لكل ساعة موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
