Site Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities related to steel structures, PEB buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, canopies, pergolas, handrails, staircases, and other structural steel works. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce productivity. * Coordinate steel structure erection, installation, and construction activities. * Ensure work is executed according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Verify site measurements and quantities for progress tracking and billing purposes. * Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of resources. * Resolve technical and construction-related issues at the site. * Ensure all site activities comply with HSE regulations and company safety procedures. * Attend site meetings and provide project updates to management. * Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. * Manage site teams including foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Coordinate inspections, approvals, and handovers with consultants and clients. * Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3-8 years of UAE/GCC experience in construction and steel structure projects. * Strong experience in structural steel erection, PEB buildings, warehouses, canopies, pergolas, handrails, staircases, and miscellaneous steel works. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and quality procedures. * Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation. * Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. * UAE Driving License preferred. * Immediate joiners will be given preference.
