Site Engineer

**Requirement:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects. (Min 4 years experience) * Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP works **Key Responsibilities:** * **Site Supervision:** * Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per the approved drawings and specifications. * Supervise structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works of the high-rise building. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth workflow. * **Quality Control:** * Ensure materials used and workmanship meet the required quality standards. * Conduct site inspections and report non-conformities to the QA/QC team. * Check alignment, levels, and elevations as per design. * **Planning & Coordination:** * Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling tasks to meet project deadlines. * Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material supply. * Attend daily/weekly progress meetings and update project status. * **Safety Compliance:** * Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations. * Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Safety Officer and ensure corrective action is taken. * **Documentation & Reporting:** * Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material consumption. * Update drawings and as-built documentation in coordination with the design team. * Prepare reports for senior management on project progress and site issues \* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Expected salary * Notice period with current employer Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Construction: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
