Site Engineer (Civil)

We are currently looking for additional staff as \***\* CIVIL SITE ENGINEER-2nos\*\*** to manage our ongoing projects. · **PREFERRED: FROM INDIA** · **AVAILABLE IN UAE ONLY** · **5+ years of relevant work experience** · **Candidate must have STRONG knowledge in INTERIOR, FITOUT & CIVIL WORKS** · **Priority for candidates who can join immediately.** · **Strong knowledge in online application for government like (DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM, Trakhees & DMCC etc).** · **Own a vehicle is a PLUS.** · **G+1 DM Approval or higher is an advantage** **- PMP Certificate is an advantage** Job Description: · Must have proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Dmax, Sketchup, vray, lumion, and other computer aided design software. · Proficient in, concept, design, 3D visualization. · Must be able to determine material specification and should be able to prepare BOQ for the projects. · Ensuring the design to be amended as per authorities’ standards of (DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM, Trakhees & DMCC etc). · Handle authority approvals of local agencies and Coordinate with them to obtain drawing approvals and Work Permits. · Monitor expenses and control the budget of the project. · Preparing Cost variation report before & After Executing Project. · Site Progress Checking & Quality supervision & Instruction as per company standards. · handling several projects by closely interacting with clients/consultants/ subcontractors and suppliers. · Keep proper and updated records of site surveys, logs, and report on daily activities. · Familiarity with Local Guidelines for MEP design, Approvals & online submission · Knowledge on preparing quotations.
