In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed according to specifications, on time, and within budget. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or site management. * **Skills:** * Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Proficient in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards. * Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop project plans and schedules. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments. * Prepare reports on progress, materials used, and any issues encountered. * Coordinate with subcontractors and construction workers to ensure efficient workflow.
