**Job Description** Colsiti Innovations is on the lookout for a skilled **Site Engineer / Civil Engineer** to join our growing team in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring that projects are executed to meet quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications. * Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop project plans and schedules. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues. * Ensure that all work is carried out safely, adhering to local regulations and standards. * Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress, including budgets, timelines, and materials used. **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in civil engineering or construction site management. * Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction methodologies. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. **Salary and Benefits** * Hourly wage: **45** **-\*** 85QAR\* (commensurate with experience). * Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
