**Job Title:** Site Engineer / Project Engineer **Site Location:** Umm-Al-Thoub, Umm-Al-Quwain **Job Overview:** We are a growing construction company looking for a dedicated and skilled **Site Engineer / Project Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects on-site from initiation to completion; ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budget targets are consistently met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in the UAE construction sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution. * Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labour teams to achieve project milestones. * Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations. * Prepare, maintain, and submit timely progress reports to management. * Assist in resolving technical issues and on-site challenges promptly. * Monitor resources, materials, and equipment usage efficiently. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **2 years of proven experience** as a Site Engineer in the UAE construction industry. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. * Ability to read, analyze, and implement construction drawings and specifications. * Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors and site staff effectively. * Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools/software. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
