Site Engineer – Fit-Out

Duties & Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage fit-out, villa renovation, and maintenance projects from start to completion. * Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget. * Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment effectively. * Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project managers regarding project updates and requirements. * Review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and interior fit-out drawings. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement to avoid project delays. * Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly. * Verify completed work and prepare snag lists, inspections, and project handover documentation. * Ensure maintenance and renovation works are completed to client satisfaction and company standards. * Attend site meetings and provide technical support to project stakeholders. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out, villa renovation, and maintenance projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, interior fit-out works, finishing works, and maintenance services. * Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Good leadership, communication, and project coordination skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
