Site Engineer – High-End Fit-Out

**Job Purpose:** We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Site Engineer to lead the technical execution of our high-end fit-out projects on the ground. You will be the link between design and delivery, making sure every drawing, specification, and detail is translated into precise, high quality workmanship on site. **Duties & Responsibilities:** * Lead the day to day execution of fit-out works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements. * Set out works accurately and verify dimensions, levels, and alignments before and during installation. * Coordinate between architectural, MEP, and specialist trades to ensure smooth sequencing and integration. * Plan daily and weekly activities in coordination with the Project Manager and Foreman. * Monitor progress against the project program and identify potential delays or bottlenecks early. * Track material deliveries and ensure availability to support continuous workflow. * Conduct site inspections to ensure that workmanship and materials meet the project's high-end quality standards. * Coordinate with the QA/QC team on inspections, snagging, and de-snagging. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and authority requirements. * Prepare daily progress reports, RFIs, inspection requests, and method statements. * Maintain accurate site records, including drawings, approvals, and as-built documentation. * Support handover and close-out documentation at project completion. * Enforce HSE procedures on site, working closely with the safety team and foreman. * Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability among the workforce. **Minimum Requirements :** * 5- 8 years **of site engineering experience in fit-out or interior construction, with exposure to high-end or luxury projects.** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management. * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office; Revit knowledge is a plus. * Strong technical understanding of finishes, joinery, MEP integration, and fit-out sequencing. * Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Effective communicator able to coordinate confidently across designers, contractors, and clients.
