Site Engineer – MEP (JV) – Roads & Bridges

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled **Site Engineer – MEP (JV)** to oversee and execute Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on Roads & Bridges infrastructure projects under a Joint Venture environment. The role involves site supervision, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring MEP installations are delivered in line with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute MEP works at site for Roads & Bridges projects * Coordinate with JV partners, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth project execution * Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations * Monitor daily site activities, progress, and productivity of MEP works * Coordinate with civil and utilities teams to ensure proper integration of MEP systems * Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site * Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems * Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges * Maintain site documentation, reports, and as-built drawings * Support material inspections, approvals, and coordination with procurement teams **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) * Minimum **4–8 years of experience** in MEP site engineering within construction projects * Experience in Roads & Bridges or infrastructure projects preferred * Prior experience working in a **Joint Venture (JV)** environment is an advantage * Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, drainage, and utilities coordination * Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approvals * Strong site supervision and coordination skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office * Good understanding of testing & commissioning processes Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
