Site Engineer – Projects

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our Projects Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the successful execution of projects within the planned schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor daily site activities. * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. * Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation. * Monitor project schedules and assist in achieving project milestones. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Manage material requirements and coordinate deliveries to site. * Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution. * Attend site meetings and prepare related reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in project execution and site supervision. * Strong knowledge of construction/project management practices. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package. * Career growth opportunities. * Supportive work environment. * Company visa and benefits as per UAE labor law.
