**Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-time **Industry:** Construction / Fit-Out / Renovation (Hospitality & High-End Projects) **Reporting To:** Site Engineer / Project Manager **Role Overview** The Site Foreman is responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing labor and subcontractor teams, and ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. The role is fully site-based and hands-on, acting as the link between site labor and the technical/site management team. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. Manage subcontractors and site labor through the General Foreman, resolve technical issues, and maintain continuous coordination with the Project Manager. * Carry out regular site inspections to monitor workmanship quality, verify compliance with approved materials and mock-ups, identify non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions until closure. Ensure that all works meet quality standards and project specifications. * Implement and monitor site safety requirements, conduct routine safety checks and toolbox talks, enforce safe work practices, identify hazards, and take immediate corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment in line with project safety procedures. * Measure executed works on site, support preparation of progress quantities and interim valuations, assist in identifying and documenting variations, and track quantities and material usage in coordination with the Project Manager. * Prepare and update basic 2D drawings as required, including plans, sections, details, mark-ups, and as-built drawings, based on site conditions and consultant feedback, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company drafting standards. * Maintain proper site records, inspection logs, reports, and documentation, coordinate technical submissions and approvals with the document control team, support consultant and authority inspections, and provide regular updates on site progress and technical issues. **Qualifications & Experience** * Minimum **5–8 years of experience** as a Site Foreman in construction, fit-out, or renovation projects in the UAE * Strong hands-on experience supervising labor and subcontractors on active sites. * Ability to read and understand construction drawings and basic technical instructions. * Good understanding of construction sequences, finishes, and coordination between trades. * Basic knowledge of site safety practices and procedures. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in hospitality, hotel, or high-end fit-out projects is a strong advantage. **Working Conditions** Site-based role. Working hours as per project requirements. Must be available during critical activities, inspections, and major site operations.
