Site Mechanical Engineer

**Mechanical Engineer – Our Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of proven experience** working as a **Mechanical Engineer** within the **UAE**, Required to be in the **MEP contracting field (High & Mid rise Buildings)**. * In-depth knowledge of **plumbing**, and **fire-fighting systems** from design stage to execution and final handover. * Familiar with **local authority regulations and approval processes**, including: * **DEWA**, **SEWA**, **FEWA** * **Dubai/Sharjah Civil Defense** (especially for fire-fighting systems) * Strong experience in preparing **load calculations**, **equipment selection**, and **material submittals**. * Skilled in reviewing and coordinating **shop drawings**, **as-built drawings**, and **builder’s work drawings**. * Ability to lead technical discussions with consultants, site teams, and regulatory authorities. * Proficient in **AutoCAD**, **HAP**, and other mechanical design software. * Solid understanding of **UAE building codes**, **MEP integration**, and **site constraints**. * Experience in **project documentation**, **authority submissions**, and **site inspections** is essential. * Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
