Guided by a forward-looking vision and a culture of continuous improvement, T3 Group combines industry expertise with modern technologies to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions tailored to the evolving needs of its clients. **Role Description** We are seeking a skilled and detailed oriented **Mechanical Engineer** to join our team in **T3 Facility Management.** **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and inspect building systems specific to their discipline, including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fire safety, plumbing, and energy systems. * Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Revizto, or BIM tools) to produce detailed layouts and schematics. * Develop sustainable and energy-efficient solutions that comply with regulations and environmental standards. * Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate building systems into overall designs. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. * Prepare technical reports, specifications, and calculations to support project needs. * Ensure compatibility and functionality of various building services systems within the structure. * Address challenges in integrating new systems into existing buildings or structures. * Ensure designs meet local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. * Conduct design reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance of designs. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision of residential buildings / villa developments. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, power distribution, plumbing, fire safety systems, and energy systems * Familiarity with local authority approvals and utility authority requirements. * Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
