Site Plumbing Engineer

The Site Plumbing Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing plumbing installation works at construction sites for MEP projects. The role ensures all plumbing activities are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The Site Plumbing Engineer coordinates with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily plumbing installation works at project sites. * Review plumbing drawings, layouts, and technical specifications before execution. * Ensure installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and piping systems as per approved drawings and standards. * Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, and civil teams to avoid clashes and delays. * Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. * Conduct inspections and ensure quality workmanship on-site. * Supervise plumbers, foremen, pipe fitters, and subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company HSE policies. * Coordinate material delivery, storage, and site utilization. * Assist in preparing material submittals, RFIs, and inspection requests. * Support pressure testing, flushing, testing, and commissioning activities. * Attend site meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors when required. * Identify and resolve technical and installation issues during execution. * Maintain project documentation and records related to plumbing works. **Requirements & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MEP/construction projects. * Experience in plumbing installation works for commercial, residential, or industrial projects. * Good knowledge of plumbing systems, installation standards, and site coordination. * Ability to read and understand plumbing and coordination drawings. * Familiarity with local plumbing codes and authority regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reporting tools. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
