Site / Project Engineer A specialized vehicle manufacturing and conversion company is seeking an experienced Site / Project Engineer to oversee the construction of a new industrial manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities * Communicate with construction contractors and evaluate technical and commercial proposals. * Supervise all site activities and ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Manage and coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical contractors. * Liaise with consultants, authorities, and JAFZA administration to ensure smooth project progress. * Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with technical requirements and safety regulations. * Track project schedules and prepare regular progress reports. * Review completed works and participate in inspections, testing, and handover procedures. * Oversee steel structure works, industrial warehouses, MEP services, and fire protection systems. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising industrial projects, factories, warehouses, or large-scale construction projects. * Proven experience in contractor management and site execution. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and project planning software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. * Good knowledge of UAE construction regulations, industrial standards, and Civil Defense requirements. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
