Site Supervisor

**Industry: Construction / Fit-out / Renovation** **Job Summary:** The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that construction and renovation projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for construction and renovation projects * Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, engineers, and project managers * Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and BOQ * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks * Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with Dubai construction standards * Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage * Monitor site safety and enforce HSE (Health & Safety) regulations * Conduct daily site inspections and report progress/issues to management * Manage manpower allocation and work schedules * Resolve on-site issues and coordinate solutions with engineers/management * Maintain site records, daily reports, and progress updates Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
