Site Supervisor

**Job Title: Site Supervisor/Site Engineer (UAE Experience Required)** **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent **Location:** Umm Al Quwain **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced and reliable **Site Supervisor** to oversee daily site operations and ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with project plans, safety regulations, and company standards. The ideal candidate must have **a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience** and a valid **UAE driving license**. **Key Responsibilities** **Site Operations & Coordination** * Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to meet project deadlines. * Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with UAE regulations. * Supervise site workforce, including subcontractors and laborers. **Reporting & Documentation** * Maintain accurate records of daily progress, incidents, and site activities. * Document any changes to project plans and communicate them to the Project Manager. * Prepare daily progress reports, including site photos and key accomplishments. **Resource & Quality Management** * Manage the allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower. * Monitor inventory levels and place orders for additional supplies as needed. * Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. * Address issues related to workmanship, materials, and site operations promptly. **Problem-Solving & Team Management** * Resolve conflicts within the team and manage performance effectively. * Identify site issues and implement quick and effective solutions. **Requirements** * **Minimum 2 years of UAE experience** in a Site Supervisor role (Mandatory) * **Minimum qualification: Intermediate** * **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)** * Strong knowledge of construction procedures and UAE safety regulations * Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
