**Job Title:** Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Façade **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Job Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** Aluminum / Façade / Construction Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Façade** to oversee on-site installation activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate with project teams for timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in curtain wall, cladding, and façade installation projects. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily site activities for aluminum and façade installations * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards * Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow * Monitor material usage, manpower allocation, and equipment on-site * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues * Enforce safety standards and compliance on-site * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management Requirements * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminum and façade site supervision * Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum façade systems * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings * Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills * Good communication skills * UAE experience preferred * Valid UAE driving license is a plus Benefits * Competitive Salary Package * Visa & Medical Insurance * Annual Leave as per UAE Labor Law * Career Growth Opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
