Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Glazing to manage on-site installation activities for façade, curtain wall, and aluminum systems projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong installation supervision experience and a valid UAE Driving License for site mobility and project coordination. Key Responsibilities * Supervise installation of aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and façade systems at project sites * Coordinate daily site activities with foremen, installers, subcontractors, and project engineers * Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards * Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and compliance * Manage site manpower, material delivery, and installation schedules * Resolve technical and site execution issues in coordination with project engineers * Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients for site coordination * Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations * Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation * Support snagging, handover, and final inspection processes Requirements * 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in Aluminum & Glazing or Façade installation projects * Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum doors/windows, and façade installation works * Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation details * Experience supervising site teams, installers, and subcontractors * Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills * Good understanding of construction site safety standards * Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory * Ability to travel between multiple project sites as required Preferred Experience * Curtain Wall Installation (Unitized & Stick Systems) * Aluminum Fabrication & Installation * Glass and Glazing Works * Façade and Building Envelope Projects * High-rise Building Construction Projects Benefits * Competitive Salary Package * Employment Visa * Medical Insurance * Annual Leave as per UAE Labour Law * Career Growth Opportunities * Professional Working Environment Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
