Site Supervisor – Architectural Metal Works (UAE Driving License Required) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: Architectural Metal | Steel Fabrication | Construction Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Architectural Metal Works to oversee the execution of architectural metal projects across multiple sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in metal fabrication and installation, along with a valid UAE driving license to manage site coordination and mobility. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and the capability to ensure high-quality installation of architectural metal works as per project specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities * Supervise installation of architectural metal works including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum structures, handrails, balustrades, and decorative metal elements * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth project execution * Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards * Monitor workforce productivity and ensure site discipline is maintained * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance standards * Ensure adherence to UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies * Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required for site execution * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors when required * Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to management Requirements * Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in architectural metal works or steel fabrication projects * Strong knowledge of fabrication and installation techniques * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory) * Strong communication and team management skills * Ability to handle multiple sites and meet project deadlines Preferred Skills * Experience in fit-out or façade-related metal works * Knowledge of UAE site safety standards * Basic computer skills (MS Office and reporting tools) Benefits * Competitive salary package * Accommodation and transport (if applicable) * Medical insurance and employment visa * Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law * Career growth opportunities within a growing construction environment Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
