Site Supervisor

**Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out** **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor** with a strong background in **interior fit-out projects** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects. * Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. * Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and site resources effectively. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients. * Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues or delays. * Maintain site records, progress reports, and material tracking. * Ensure timely completion of project milestones and handover requirements. * Resolve site-related technical and operational issues promptly. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of UAE experience** in interior fit-out projects. * Strong knowledge of fit-out execution, materials, and construction practices. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * UAE Driving License will be an advantage.
