SITE SUPERVISOR-FIT OUT EXPERT 5 YRS MINIMUM UAE EXPERIENCE The **Site Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with subcontractors, and effective communication with project managers, clients, and site teams. **Key Responsibilities1. Site Management & Coordination** * Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and ensure smooth workflow. * Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams. * Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. * Monitor material availability and coordinate timely deliveries. **2. Quality Control** * Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Report any deviations, defects, or required corrective actions. * Maintain proper documentation of inspections and completed works. **3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)** * Enforce safety rules and ensure all workers follow HSE guidelines. * Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. * Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices immediately. **4. Communication & Reporting** * Provide daily progress reports to the Project Engineer/Project Manager. * Communicate site issues, delays, or technical concerns promptly. * Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. **5. Workforce Supervision** * Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance. * Ensure proper manpower allocation based on project needs. * Resolve site conflicts and maintain discipline among workers. **6. Documentation & Compliance** * Maintain site records, permits, and inspection reports. * Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. * Verify completed work before requesting inspections or approvals. **Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field. * Minimum **3–5 years** experience in site supervision (fit‑out, or relevant industry). **Technical Skills** * Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications. * Knowledge of site safety regulations and best practices. * Ability to manage subcontractors and site labor. **Soft Skills** * Strong leadership and communication abilities. * Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Good reporting and documentation skills.
