The ideal candidate will support site execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate effectively with teams to deliver projects on time. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works * Support engineers and project managers in planning and execution * Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce * Track site progress and provide regular updates to management * Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on-site * Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality control * Manage materials, tools, and manpower efficiently * Maintain proper site documentation and reports **Requirements** * **Proven experience in interior fit-out or construction projects** * **Strong site supervision and team management skills** * **Good communication** and coordination abilities * Ability to lead teams and handle site challenges effectively * Proactive, organized, and problem-solving mindset * Ability to multitask and work under pressure * Basic technical knowledge of drawings and site execution * **Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field .** **Core Skills** * Leadership and team coordination * **Strong communication skills** * Time management and multitasking * Attention to detail and quality control * Problem-solving and decision-making **Preferred Profile** * Energetic, smart, and professional attitude * Strong sense of responsibility and ownership * Ability to work independently and within a team Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
