SITE TIMEKEEPER

**Key Responsibilities:** * **Daily Attendance:** Record daily punch-in/out times for all site personnel. * **Overtime Tracking:** Calculate and verify overtime hours based on project requirements and UAE Labor Law. * **Absence Reporting:** Immediately notify the HR Manager and Project Manager of any unauthorized absences or "no-shows." **Requirements:** * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Excel. * **Communication:** Ability to communicate with both site engineers and laborers (often in Hindi/English). * **Attention to Detail:** Zero tolerance for errors in hour-logging to avoid payroll disputes. * **Experience:** 2-3 years in construction industry Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
