**Job Title:** Part-Time Social Media Lead Generation Executive **Employment Type:** Part-Time / Freelance **Working Hours:** 10–20 hours per week (Flexible) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and creative Part-Time Social Media Lead Generation Executive to manage our social media platforms and generate qualified business leads. The role focuses on creating engaging content, running social media campaigns, interacting with potential customers, and supporting business growth through digital marketing activities. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management * Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). * Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content. * Maintain consistent branding and online presence. * Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a professional manner. Lead Generation * Generate potential customer inquiries through social media platforms. * Identify and engage prospective clients through direct messaging and social networking. * Maintain a database of leads and customer contacts. * Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion. Content Creation * Design basic marketing materials using Canva or similar tools. * Create product/service promotions and awareness campaigns. * Prepare weekly content calendars. Reporting * Track and report key performance metrics, including: * Number of leads generated * Engagement rate * Reach and impressions * Conversion rate * Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance. Requirements * Experience in social media marketing and lead generation. * Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. * Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). * Good communication and customer engagement skills. * Ability to work independently and meet lead-generation targets. Preferred Experience * Previous experience in HVAC, technical services, construction, maintenance, or B2B marketing. * Experience running paid social media advertisements. Performance Targets (KPIs) * Generate a minimum of **20–50 qualified leads per month** (depending on the business). * Maintain timely response to customer inquiries. * Increase social media engagement and follower growth. * Support sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets. **Location:** Remote / UAE **Schedule:** Flexible Working Hours **Reporting To:** General Manager / Business Development Manager Work Location: Hybrid remote in UAE
