Social Media Manager

**ob Description:** We are looking for a **creative and dynamic female content creator** to join our team! You will be responsible for managing **daily vlogs**, **video content**, and driving **lead generation** through social media. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, shoot, and edit **daily videos and vlogs** * Manage and grow our presence across all **social media platforms** (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) * Develop creative strategies for **lead generation** * Create visually appealing and engaging content aligned with our brand * Monitor performance and engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly * Handle all aspects of **content production** – from concept to publishing * Stay up to date with trends in social media and content creation **Website Management** * Update website content regularly (text, images, blog posts, banners, etc.) * Manage product/service listings and ensure all links and pages function properly * Collaborate with developers or use CMS tools (like WordPress, Shopify, etc.) to maintain the website * Optimize content for SEO and user experience **Other Duties** * Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for content and promotions * Handle basic email marketing or newsletters if needed * Assist in digital campaigns or launches * Keep up with digital trends and recommend improvements **Requirements:** * Female, currently based in **Dubai** * Skilled in **photography**, **videography**, and **video editing** * Strong knowledge of **social media platforms and algorithms** * Creativity and ability to work independently * Experience in **lead generation** through digital content is a plus * Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus) * Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands * Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace * Strong communication and content writing skills * Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) * Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask * A self-starter who can work independently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
