Social Media & Marketing Manager (Interior Design & Fit-Out Company (UAE)

We are looking for a creative and result-driven **Social Media & Marketing Manager** to join our growing interior design and fit-out company in the UAE. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing * Experience in interior design, fit-out, or décor industry is highly preferred * Strong knowledge of branding, content strategy, and lead generation * Excellent communication and creative skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement effective social media and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads * Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) * Create, plan, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and stories * Work closely with the design and sales teams to promote ongoing interior and fit-out projects * Run and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI * Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve marketing performance * Develop monthly content calendars and marketing plans * Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics * Handle client inquiries generated through social media platforms * Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital channels * Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality marketing materials Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
