The ideal candidate is a hybrid social-and-paid marketer who can grow audiences organically AND scale paid campaigns profitably. You'll be part of an AI-powered creative agency serving clients across Iraq and the MENA region — managing the full social media presence across every relevant platform while running paid ads that hit return-on-investment targets.You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple client accounts, content calendars, and advertising budgets simultaneously.Responsibilities• Manage social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads• Write modern Arabic captions that resonate with target audiences• Build content calendars and schedule posts across all platforms• Run weekly A/B tests on creative, copy, and audience targeting• Track and analyze performance using GA4 and Meta Insights• Lead community management and direct message response• Identify and brief micro-influencers for collaborations• Spot daily trends and ship reactive content quicklyQualifications• 2-3 years of social media management experience• Hands-on Paid Ads experience across Meta, TikTok, and Google• Mastery of analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights)• A/B Testing experience as a routine, not an exception• Deep knowledge of every major platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube)• Modern Arabic caption writing with platform-appropriate voice• Hands-on community management experience• Daily trend awareness• Working knowledge of influencer marketing• Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)Nice to Have• A network of MENA content creators• Experience with attribution platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam)• Basic creative production skills (Canva, CapCut)• A personal social channel with proven traction
