You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure our mobility products are launched with precision, quality, and speed. * **Steer the Ship:** Lead Agile/Scrum teams of developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver robust software solutions from concept to deployment. * **Bridge the Gap:** Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and regional clients, translating business requirements into technical roadmaps. * **Manage the Blueprint:** Define project scope, milestones, sprint schedules, and resource allocation while proactively mitigating risks. * **Guard the Quality:** Ensure every release meets high-performance standards, UAE compliance guidelines, and VST’s benchmark of excellence. * **Optimize:** Continuously refine our internal project management frameworks to boost team velocity and efficiency. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements)** * **The Experience:** 4+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment (mobility, IoT, logistics, or SaaS experience is a massive plus). * **The Toolkit:** Strong mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and modern PM tools. (Scrum Master or PMP certification is highly desirable). * **The Tech Fluency:** You don’t need to code, but you must be able to comfortably speak "developer language" and understand APIs, cloud architecture, and mobile/web frameworks. * **The Soft Skills:** Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
