In addition to our engineering and project delivery services, GreenFi Energy operates a growing **Renewable Energy Trading Division**, supplying solar modules, inverters, lithium battery systems, EV chargers, and other clean energy technologies across the UAE, GCC, and international markets. As a fast-growing startup, we are building the foundation for future energy ecosystems, including **carbon credit solutions, green hydrogen initiatives, virtual power plants (VPPs), and digital renewable energy marketplaces**. Position Overview GreenFi Energy is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven **Solar Sales Engineer** to lead business development activities and accelerate the company's growth across the UAE and regional markets. While GreenFi already possesses strong technical and engineering capabilities, we are now looking for a professional who can **generate leads, develop relationships, close deals, and expand our market presence**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing **Solar EPC projects**, promoting energy efficiency solutions, and supporting the expansion of GreenFi's renewable energy trading business. This is a highly entrepreneurial role suited to someone who enjoys building markets, creating opportunities, and contributing directly to the growth of a renewable energy startup. Key ResponsibilitiesSolar EPC & Project Sales * Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop and ground-mounted Solar PV projects. * Generate and qualify leads across commercial, industrial, hospitality, education, healthcare, and residential sectors. * Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and proposal discussions. * Coordinate with the internal design and engineering team to prepare techno-commercial proposals. * Negotiate contracts and successfully convert opportunities into awarded projects. * Build long-term relationships with facility managers, developers, consultants, contractors, and industrial clients. * Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Solutions * Promote GreenFi's energy efficiency and retrofit solutions, including: * HVAC upgrades * LED lighting retrofits * Building Management Systems (BMS) * Energy audits * Smart building technologies * Identify opportunities for clients to reduce energy consumption and operational costs. Renewable Energy Trading & Distribution * Develop and grow GreenFi's trading business across: * Solar Panels * Solar Inverters * Lithium Battery Systems (BESS) * EV Chargers * Wind Energy Equipment * Green Hydrogen Equipment * Identify manufacturers and suppliers globally for strategic sourcing opportunities. * Explore opportunities to secure: * Exclusive distribution agreements * Authorized dealership partnerships * Regional representation rights * White-label/OEM manufacturing partnerships under the GreenFi brand International Market Development * Develop relationships with EPC contractors, distributors, developers, and energy companies across: * UAE * Saudi Arabia * Oman * Qatar * Bahrain * Kuwait * Africa * Generate export opportunities for GreenFi's trading division. * Support import/export transactions and commercial negotiations with overseas suppliers and customers. Desired Candidate ProfileRequired Experience * 3–7 years of experience in Solar Sales, Renewable Energy Business Development, Energy Services, MEP Sales, or Sustainability Solutions. * Demonstrated experience in generating leads and closing B2B sales opportunities. * Understanding of Solar PV systems and EPC project lifecycle. * Strong commercial and negotiation skills. Preferred Experience * Experience working with Solar EPC companies, renewable energy distributors, or energy service providers. * Knowledge of UAE renewable energy market and regulations. * Existing network within construction, real estate, industrial, hospitality, and commercial sectors. * Exposure to renewable energy trading and import/export activities.
