Sr. Mechanical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer** to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and managing the estimation process for mechanical and MEP projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents * Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems * Conduct quantity take-offs and material cost analysis * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and technical compliance * Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions * Analyze project scope, risks, and value engineering opportunities * Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams during tender stage * Maintain estimation records and tender documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field * **8–12 years of experience** in mechanical estimation within contracting companies * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and MEP systems * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software * Strong analytical, technical, and negotiation skills * UAE experience preferred Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
