Sr. Structural Engineer

* Lead and manage all structural engineering activities from design stage to project completion. * Review and approve structural calculations, design drawings, shop drawings, and technical * submissions. * Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, international codes, project specifications, and safety standards. * Coordinate with consultants, clients, architects, project managers, and site execution teams. * Provide technical guidance and immediate solutions for structural and construction-related issues. * Monitor structural works execution to ensure quality, safety, and project progress requirements are achieved. * Conduct structural inspections, risk assessments, and engineering evaluations. * Review method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation. * Support planning, estimation, and value engineering activities. * Ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs and project milestones. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 15+ years of proven experience in structural engineering within UAE/GCC. * Strong experience in high-rise, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects * Extensive knowledge of structural design standards, construction practices, and authority approvals in UAE. * Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and related structural software. * Strong understanding of RCC and steel structural systems. * Excellent technical review, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
