Our company based in Dubai require experienced Store-in-charge to join immediately. Candidates should have minimum 2 years experience working as Store-in-charge with reputed companies in UAE . Should be well versed with all Electrical work material . Candidates on visit visa who can join immediately upon selection. Employment visa provided Transportation provided Housing provided Medical insurance provided. **Duties and Responsibilities** * **Inventory Management:** Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, conducting regular physical stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and managing stock levels to prevent shortages. * **Receiving and Inspecting:** Receiving, unloading, and inspecting deliveries for damage, quantity accuracy, and quality, then signing the DO. * **Stock Storage and Safety:** Storing materials in an organized, safe, and accessible manner, including proper handling of hazardous materials. * **Issuing and Dispatching:** Issuing materials to Engineers and processing returns. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintaining, updating, and documenting inventory records and preparing reports regarding stock levels, damages, or discrepancies. * **Store Operations:** Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure workspace, Driving Pickup or other vehicle if required, and coordinating with procurement for replenishment. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel. * Manual License. * Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. * Good knowledge of safety procedures. * Physical stamina for lifting and handling materials. * Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
