Structural BIM – Modeler

We are looking for a proficient and experienced **Structural BIM Modeler** to join our team for a large-scale hotel project. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development and management of detailed structural BIM models, ensuring coordination with other disciplines and delivering accurate design and construction documentation. **Key Responsibilities**: * Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural models using Revit and other BIM software throughout all project phases. * Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure accurate model integration. * Produce structural drawings, detailing, and documentation directly from the BIM model for design, construction, and coordination purposes. * Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and follow the established project standards and protocols. * Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues between structural and other discipline models (e.g., architectural, MEP). * Update and revise models based on design changes, client feedback, or site conditions. * Participate in design and coordination meetings to ensure effective collaboration with the project team. * Assist in model audits, quality control checks, and clash detection using tools like Navisworks. * Prepare structural schedules, quantities, and reports based on BIM data for project management and construction teams. * Ensure that all deliverables meet project deadlines and client requirements.
