Division International in Dubai, UAE has an immediate opening for a Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: We are Looking for an approved **unlimited or G+12 DM** Structural Engineer who can Do the structural design for residential , commercial and steel structural buildings Responsibilities * produce specific CAD drawings and specifications on time and to the required quality standards. * Make detailed Structural design using different softwares like : Prokon , Etabs , Safe , Revit and other needed software's * do all the designs to be approved by the authorities and under the regulations of DM , DDA , Tarakhees or other authorities. * Prepares detail design AUTOCAD and Revit drawings for structural elements like slabs, beams, columns, foundations * Experience in BIM * Prepares schedule of reinforcements for beams, slabs, columns * Prepares deliverables for submissions at various stages or as and when required. * Maintains drawing lists, drawing issue schedules, archives of drawings issued to various recipients. * Maintains standard structural details as well as a library of repeated details * Review documents for structural coordination and to verify accuracy and compliance with applicable CAD standards. * Monitor and maintain technical quality in own documentation and communicate regular task updates to senior technician overseeing the work. * Under guidance from Senior Technologist/Senior Engineers, produce documentation relevant and sensitive to the structural design intent and participate with others in developing technical solutions. * Develop an understanding of technical quality tools & guidelines within the office. * Maintain, enhance and apply technical knowledge to ensure all documentation comply with relevant and current legislation / authority regulations / building codes. * Review prints against other disciplines’ drawings and raise coordination issues to the team leader. * Share technical knowledge and experiences with the team. * Display a high level of professional behavior. Qualifications * **Approved Dubai municipality "G+12" and approved Tarakhees is a must** * A guideline of 5-7 years’ experience working on medium to large sized projects especially in towers. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Revit. * minimum 5 years experience in Safe, Prokon, Etabs , Autocad * Ability to produce a complete package of building sections / plans and elevation drawings and details. * A desire for gaining knowledge and developing professionally.
