Structural Engineer (Site based)

**Position:** Structural Engineer **Location (Site):** North Africa **Employment Type:** Full-Time We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of handling structural design, site coordination, and project execution with minimal supervision. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings * Ensure all structural works comply with UAE regulations and safety standards * Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams * Conduct site inspections and monitor structural works progress * Review shop drawings, BOQ, and material specifications * Identify and resolve structural issues on-site * Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards * Prepare technical reports and documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering * Minimum 5 years UAE experience in structural engineering * Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software * Experience in residential, commercial, and fit-out projects * Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills * Must be knowledgeable in UAE building codes and authority requirements * Immediate joiners will be prioritized **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and Revit **Salary & Benefits:** * Salary will be discussed based on experience and qualifications * Visa and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law **Important:** Only qualified candidates with relevant UAE structural engineering experience and **open to relocation to North Africa will be considered for this position.** Applicants who do not meet the requirements will not be considered.
