Structural Supervisor – Roads & Infrastructure

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Structural Supervisor with a strong background in road and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities related to structural works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion in line with project specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction activities for roads, bridges, culverts, drainage, and infrastructure works * Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines * Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, and project managers * Monitor quality of materials and workmanship on-site * Enforce HSE policies and ensure a safe working environment * Conduct inspections and resolve site-related technical issues * Track progress and prepare daily and weekly reports * Ensure proper use of equipment and resources **Requirements:** * Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * 5+ years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects * Strong knowledge of structural and civil construction methods * Experience in earthworks, asphalt, concrete, and drainage systems * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Strong leadership and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * UAE/GCC project experience * Knowledge of local authority standards (RTA, DM, etc.) * Valid UAE driving license (preferred) **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Health insurance * Accommodation and transportation (if applicable) * Career growth opportunities Work Location: In person
