#### **Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium wellness and facial fitness studio. The role combines team leadership, customer experience management, operational excellence, and business development, ensuring the studio consistently delivers exceptional service and achieves its performance objectives.
The successful candidate will lead and support the studio team, ensure smooth scheduling and operational efficiency, maintain high standards of client satisfaction and studio presentation, and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and client retention strategies.
This role requires a strong passion for wellness and beauty, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to create a positive, energetic, and results-driven environment that reflects the brand's commitment to natural beauty and exceptional client experiences.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
##### **Studio Operations & Team Management**
* Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
* Supervise, coach, and support Face Trainers to maintain high performance and service quality standards.
* Ensure full implementation of company SOPs, including client consultations, concept presentation, service standards, upselling techniques, hygiene protocols, and product usage.
* Organize and manage staff schedules to optimize team productivity and client appointment availability.
* Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-presented studio environment at all times.
##### **Client Experience & Customer Satisfaction**
* Ensure clients receive a premium wellness experience through excellent customer service and personalized attention.
* Handle client feedback professionally and proactively implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
* Support the team in delivering face workout sessions whenever required.
##### **Sales, Marketing & Business Development**
* Drive studio revenue by promoting services, memberships, and skincare products through effective sales and upselling techniques.
* Monitor studio performance, client retention, and sales achievements, providing regular reports and insights to management.
* Participate in marketing initiatives and contribute ideas and strategies to increase brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
* Support social media engagement and client communication activities in coordination with the marketing team.
##### **HR, Recruitment & Training**
* Participate in recruitment activities, interviews, onboarding, and training of new team members.
* Support ongoing staff development by ensuring team members receive continuous coaching and operational guidance.
* Handle day-to-day HR-related matters in coordination with management and operational requirements.
##### **Stock & Administrative Management**
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely stock counts and replenishment.
* Ensure proper usage and maintenance of studio equipment, tools, and products.
* Utilize booking and operational systems effectively and ensure the team is properly trained on system usage.
* Prepare operational and performance reports for management when required.
##### **Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement**
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and operational quality throughout the studio.
* Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Support cost control initiatives and ensure proper management of operational resources.
#### **Required Profile & Qualifications**
* Proven experience in studio, spa, wellness, beauty, or retail operations management.
* Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
* Background in customer service and sales, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry.
* Passion for wellness, beauty, and client experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth and client retention.
* Familiarity with booking systems and reporting tools.
* Comfortable performing face workouts and explaining the studio concept to clients.
* Fluent in both Arabic and English.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak operational periods when needed.
* Lebanese female candidate preferred.
* The selected candidate will complete 1 to 2 months of training in Lebanon prior to relocation to Dubai.
