**Surveying Coordinator** **Geo Nusantara Survey LLC** **Al Rayyan, Qatar** **Position Overview** Geo Nusantara Survey LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Surveying Coordinator** to oversee and support surveying operations across multiple projects in Al Rayyan and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will coordinate field teams, manage project schedules, ensure data accuracy, and support the delivery of high-quality surveying outputs. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily activities of surveying teams in the field and office * Prepare, organize, and maintain project schedules and work plans * Review and verify survey data for accuracy and completeness * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow * Ensure all surveying operations comply with company standards and local regulations * Assist in the preparation of reports, maps, and technical documentation * Manage equipment allocation, maintenance schedules, and logistics support * Track project progress and report delays or issues to management * Support GIS and CAD teams with required field data inputs **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field * 2–5 years of experience in surveying or geospatial project coordination * Strong understanding of surveying methods, instruments, and data processing * Familiarity with CAD and GIS software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS preferred) * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and team coordination abilities * Ability to work in field conditions when required * Valid driving license (preferred) **Preferred Skills** * Experience in infrastructure, construction, or land development projects * Knowledge of GNSS, total stations, and modern surveying technologies * Strong problem-solving and time management skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within a growing surveying company * Exposure to large-scale infrastructure and development projects in Qatar * Supportive and professional work environment Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
