Surveyor (Mid to High Rise Building Construction)

**Key Responsibilities for Surveyor** * Execution of high-precision surveys for mid- to high-rise developments across all phases of construction * Detailed review and interpretation of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and HSE protocols to ensure full compliance * Establishment, verification, and maintenance of horizontal and vertical control networks, including vertical control transfers for high-rise structures * Performance of accurate technical measurements, calculations, and data verification with systematic recording of field data and survey results * Coordination with site engineers, inspectors, and project management teams regarding survey activities and schedules * Validation and checking of contractor setting-out, completed works, and construction tolerances against approved lines, levels, and grades * Conducting traverse closures, benchmark verifications, and joint measurements for accuracy and payment certification purposes * Maintenance and calibration of survey instrumentation; preparation of reports, maps, and technical documentation while ensuring safety and quality compliance * Preparation and submission of as-built survey documentation and progress reports to the project management team * Ensure all surveying activities comply with Dubai Municipality, DDA, and relevant UAE statutory requirements **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in land and building surveying * Demonstrated experience on mid- to high-rise building projects in the UAE (Dubai experience strongly preferred) * In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, Dubai Municipality standards, and local surveying practices * Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent) * Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural project environment * High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality * Eligibility to work in the UAE (employment visa provided) **About Projenco Global** Projenco is a Dubai-based firm that provides comprehensive advisory and delivery partner services to commercial and institutional developers.
