**Job Summary** The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for an HVAC organization in the UAE, supporting the hiring needs of both site and office operations. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified technical and non-technical talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business workforce requirements. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition** * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for HVAC-related roles, including Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors, Project Staff, Sales, and Corporate Support Functions. * Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. * Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks. * Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads. * Conduct reference checks and facilitate candidate assessments when required. * Prepare and negotiate job offers in line with company policies. **2. Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Management** * Collaborate with project managers and department heads on workforce planning and recruitment forecasts. * Track open positions and provide regular recruitment status updates to management. * Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards. * Build talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions. **3. Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support** * Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. * Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding requirements. * Work closely with HR and administration teams to ensure smooth employee onboarding and deployment to project sites. **4. Recruitment Administration & Reporting** * Maintain and update recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate records. * Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and vacancy status updates. * Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process. * Maintain recruitment trackers and support HR audits when required. **5. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction** * Promote the company’s employer brand through job postings, career fairs, social media, and networking events. * Develop sourcing strategies to attract skilled HVAC and construction industry professionals. * Build relationships with universities, technical institutes, and recruitment partners to strengthen talent pipelines. **6. UAE Recruitment Compliance** * Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE Labour Law and company hiring policies. * Coordinate with HR and PRO teams regarding hiring documentation, visa requirements, and onboarding processes. * Maintain confidentiality and compliance with employment regulations throughout the hiring process. **7. Continuous Improvement** * Monitor recruitment trends and market intelligence within the HVAC, MEP, and construction sectors. * Recommend improvements to recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and candidate engagement initiatives. * Support HR projects related to talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational growth. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, preferably within the HVAC, MEP, Construction, Engineering, or Industrial sectors in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. * Experience hiring technical and site-based workforce, including engineers, technicians, supervisors, and project personnel. * Familiarity with UAE labour market dynamics and recruitment regulations. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, and Indeed. * Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced project environment. Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
