**Talent Acquisition Manager Construction / Fabrication Industry** Location: Sharjah Industrial Area 17, UAE About Us: **Bareek Al Bahar Tents Industries LLC** is a growing UAE-based company specializing in: * Car Parking Shades * Tensile Structures * PVC & HDPE Fabric Structures * Steel Structures & Pergolas We design, fabricate, and install projects across the UAE with a strong focus on quality and delivery. Role Objective: We are looking for an **experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Manager** who has **proven experience in building complete teams** for construction, steel fabrication, or similar industries in the UAE. This role is **critical to our company growth** — your main responsibility is to **hire the right people, fast, and build a strong team structure**. Key Responsibilities: **1. End-to-End Recruitment (Core Role)** * Hire for multiple roles: * Engineers (Estimation, Site, Design) * Skilled workers (Fabricators, Welders, Installers) * Office staff (Sales, Admin, Accounts, SEO/Marketing) * Source candidates from: * Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies * Screen, shortlist, interview, and finalize candidates **2. Team Building & Structuring** * Build complete department structures: * Production * Projects * Sales & Estimation * Admin & Support * Define roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines **3. HR Operations** * Prepare offer letters, contracts, onboarding process * Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law * Handle employee records, leave, and basic HR policies **4. Performance & Retention** * Implement basic KPI tracking for staff * Reduce employee turnover * Maintain discipline and accountability Requirements: * Minimum **5+ years UAE HR experience** * **Proven experience hiring for construction / fabrication / steel industry** * Demonstrable track record of: * Hiring full teams (not just 1–2 roles) * Strong knowledge of: * UAE Labour Law * Recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) * Ability to evaluate both: * Technical staff (engineers, draftsmen) * Blue-collar workforce (fabricators, welders) * Strong decision-making and communication skills What We Offer: * Salary: **AED 6,000 – 10,000** (based on experience) * Performance-based incentives * Opportunity to build and lead HR department * Direct impact on company growth Important Note: Apply only if you: * Have **real experience hiring in UAE construction/fabrication sector** * Can **show examples of teams you have built** Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
