Key Responsibilities * train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate consultants. * Drive team sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. * Monitor team KPIs, pipeline management, and conversion rates. * Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales meetings. * Support agents in client negotiations, property presentations, and closing transactions. * Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients. * Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry best practices. * Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance team culture. Requirements * Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales. * Previous experience as a Team Leader, Sales Manager, or Senior Property Consultant preferred. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
