Tech Delivery Manager — Government Sector

**The Role** We are looking for a **Tech Delivery Manager** to lead delivery on one of our most strategic UAE federal government accounts. You will own the day-to-day operational bridge between the dedicated tech team, the project manager, and stakeholders on the client side. You will be stepping into a role with active deliverables, established workflows, and an existing cross-functional team. You will be the person who keeps the train running: making sure engineers have what they need, the PM has visibility into delivery health, and the client always has a single point of accountability for technical execution. Key Responsibilities * Manage the dedicated tech team servicing a major federal government account, ensuring sprints, releases, and deliverables stay on track * Act as the primary technical liaison between the development team, the project manager, account leadership, and client-side stakeholders * Translate client requirements into clear, actionable engineering tasks and translate technical realities back into client-facing language * Own delivery risks: identify blockers early, escalate where appropriate, and drive resolution * Work closely with our AI-first development workflow — leveraging AI tooling across planning, development, code review, documentation, and QA * Maintain delivery documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication cadences * Coach and support the tech team on adopting AI tooling as a core part of how we build **What We're Looking For** * 4–6 years of experience in technical delivery, engineering management, or technical project management * Hands-on background in software development (you don't need to code daily, but you must be technical enough to challenge estimates, review architecture decisions, and earn the team's trust) * Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders * **Adaptability and genuine fluency with AI tools** — we build with AI integrated into our development process, not around it. You should be comfortable using AI for planning, code generation, review, and documentation, and comfortable evolving your workflow as tools change * Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a strong plus given the client context * Experience working on UAE government or large enterprise accounts is preferred * Comfortable working on-site in Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Technical lead: 4 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) * Arabic (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 25/05/2026
