Technical Engineer

**Job Description:** We are looking for a **Technical Engineer** with strong experience in fit-out and interior projects. The candidate must be capable of handling technical drawings, BOQ preparation, and project coordination independently. The role requires attention to detail, fast coordination, and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings and technical drawings * Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs * Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants * Ensure drawings and technical submissions comply with project requirements * Assist in project planning, material selection, and technical coordination * Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site * Prepare technical submittals and project documentation * Support the project team with engineering and design coordination * Plan, schedule, and manage fit-out project. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in fit-out/interior projects in UAE * Strong knowledge of shop drawings and BOQ preparation * Proficient in AutoCAD and related engineering software * Good understanding of fit-out materials and technical specifications * Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills * UAE experience is preferred Work Location: In person
