Technical Manager - Civil Construction

* Lead and manage the technical aspects of a high-rise Building construction projects from inception to completion. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and regulations. * Review and coordination of all engineering design submittals from sub-contractors, as well as following up site supervision, design conflicts and variation orders for the client. * Review technical submissions and design layouts as well as material submittals from sub-contractors. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed construction plans, schedules and budgets. * Oversee all drafting and structural drawings of the project details utilizing CAD or similar design software. * Propose value engineering to optimize the project design. * Work with project management on monthly site reports. * Monitor site activities to ensure consistency with contractual technical requirements. * Undertake and check design reviews. Experience: * Minimum 15 years of working experience as a Technical Manager handling muti disciplinary Construction Projects in the UAE. * Extensive experience in technical management in construction industry. Skills * Proficiency in architectural and engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera. * Immediate Joiners preferred. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Excellent command of both written and spoken English * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Technical Manager: 10 years (Preferred) Location: * Dubai (Preferred) Work Location: In person
